Bed Dampeners

After much going back and forth with the dealer about several issues, my truck is much better than it was. One of the things they did was to install a bed dampener on the left side to deal with a significantly vibrating bed. It was largely focused on the left side of the bed, but was also clearly visible on the right as well. Since they installed the one, the vibration over-all is improved, but now is worse on the left side.

My questions are:

1. Can I purchase a bed dampener for the left side?

2. Can I install it myself?

3. What should I expect to pay for it?
