Here in New York, on Long Island, a lumber yard owner shoots a trespasser that was advancing on him, unarmed, in the GROIN.
No charges were filed.
It's not just Texas where people can shoot and ask questions later.
Yeah, but now the SB lives on to sue the lumber yard owner and some mealy mouth liberal jury awards him 10 mil cause he cant **** straight any more. Good rule of thumb should be 2 to the chest and one to the head and at least the ******* isnt gonna collect any cash from you, maybe the family will but not him.

Nah, given our current judicial system, he'd be laughed out on his butt.
Seriously, we don't have those types of lawsuits around here... they don't get very far.

Good Call, last shot should be done with a little hesitation, give him a chance to realize he has been capped!!!

Now, California, well...
I hope you aren't being serious. I think the North East, Mass and NY in particular, is one of the most litigious places I've seen; especially when it comes to guns and/or violence.

I read the newspaper every day. I watch the local news every day.
I've heard about litigiousness like that in other areas of the country in those newspapers and on TV, and not really heard about any right here on Long Island.
Of course, I might have missed it, but it's not like it's happening everytime someone gets shot.

Sgt, if you add NJ and CA to that list, it should be near complete....
