ABS light
Hello Ford Owners,
I have a 92 F-150, large engine. Old, but Runs terrific!
My ABS light has been coming on so I took the truck into my service station for an opion. The technician checked out all the wires and discoved that the valve is ok but the computer part is not good. I was told that I have to replace both the valve and the computer totaling $1000.00.
The mechanic said that the brakes are working just fine and that if it was his truck he would not do anything about it. He did say that the abs will not work because of the computer issue.
I need some opions please.
