Alright well I just got the truck back today (Had a appointment Wensday morning) and they said that the electric motor was bad. They replaced it and its working perfect now. Thank yall for your help.

so they still haven't fixed that stupid little motor issue. it's been an issue for 15 years now. I guess it's a good thing I've got the 7 yr, 75k warranty
