idle control module

I would like to add a icm to my '96 350 dually. What suggestions might there be?

What are you looking to accomplish? High idle??

From time to time I run a number of accessory units and want to push the idle up so I don't pull down the battery while these accessorys are in use. I know on the new diesels they have uplifter swithches for just this application.

'96 350, 210,000, 5 speed.

Unless you want to spend more money to watch the digital read out the blank face unit works just fine.

DIY it for sure. No need for that big hunk of plastic tellin ya what your RPM gauge can tell ya. It'll save ya some cash to brother. Good luck!

TW or DP chips come with a high idle setting also, works good for me puts the RPMs around 1100 with the flip of a switch, and you have the increased performance in the same package.
