Draining coolant from engine block
I'm replacing the waterpump intake o-ring. A search of the forum turned up some references to draining the coolant from the radiator and block. Can anyone describe where I'd find the drain plugs in the block?
Thanks,
Andy

btw, I'm asking because I'm due to flush the cooling system and like to do it properly (and don't have a manual handy!).
Thanks.

The block drains are located one on each side.
One is behind the starter and the other one is next to the oil filter flange.

OK, so what do you use to get them out, and then back in?
