Engine block drain plugs

Where on the engine block are the coolant drain plugs located on my 91 Ranger 3.0L? Are they easy to get at? I want to drain all the coolant from the radiator and engine block when i flush and refill the system. And yes, i am replacing the thermostat and all the hoses also.

Its on the passenger side and not hard to get to. It is a hex head and you will probably need one on a socket so you can put a breaker bar on it. Mine is frozen and I need to do this.
