take them back and say the threads were stripped and you need a new one. most places warranty them for you with no problem.

Im not sure which on stripped. I have atried applying pressure as I spin it. wont move up or down, just spins. I need to find a tool to just pull them apart, see which one is damaged enough to replace and replace it. No pic yet.
