to high trucks

Any info on lowering the newer f250's preferably diesel, they are to tall for the2006 Komfort 222fs (max trailer weight 8000, right at the limit of my truck if the rig were loaded to the gills) I tow with my '97 F250. The 97 measures 51 1/2 inches to the top of the bed rails unloaded, the trailer is 53" from the ground to the bottom of the bed over portion with the trailer suspension all the way up. Any sugestions for getting a newer truck down to size?
