That's the funniest thing I've heard in awhile, Aside from the robin williams skit on Irish golf. Anyway, I think the guy had a point. Out of all the computers I have been around, turning them off is all the same. If it doesn't shut down on its own, you hold the power button in. HMMM....Pretty easy for the tech guy just to say that instead of wanting to know his email address.
