98 explorer misses upon acceleration

i have a 98 explorer 4.0 x engine anytime you pull out it misses but then runs good after you get up to speed .

new intake gaskets
new wires
new plugs
cleaned maf

Have you pulled the codes? You can also try cleaning the IAC and replacing the fuel filter.

Check the plugwire and plugs for breakdown when under load.

where is iac what does it look like? what the best thing to clean it with? thanks very much
