need to know quickly please

It doesnt say on the can or website......but what temp is too low to apply por 15>

I didn't think there is a lowest temp range to apply the paint. I think the lower the temp, the longer the drying and curing time.

As a general guide, almost all paint reps I've contacted say 10 degrees Celcius (about 50 degrees F) is the lower limit. I've brushed Por15 on at about that temperature and it dried well. The relative humidity will probably also factor into drying time...
