There is a 400 with 351C-4V heads for sale on Ebay. It is Item # 320100474912.
I put it on my watch list, but I have no plans on bidding on it. The block core is worth no more than $75.00. The rockers are roller tipped, not full roller rockers. The Weiand Adapter Plates are worth a few dollars. They might bring $100.00 at a flea market. The D0AE heads are worth some money in good condition, but you might have to spend $500.00 to get them refurbished with good parts. The Edelbrock Intake would bring in a few dollars.
Actually, I could use the heads and spacer plates, because I have a 400 (+0.030) block with flattop pistons and reground crank. I am more interested in 2V heads, because I have a nice Weiand #8010 intake, although I don't have a vehicle to put it in. Indiana and back is probably an overnight stay for me, so add a couple of hunderd in expenses.
On top of all that, I am still trying to finish my current project
I know the feeling. I just received 2 boxes from Mass-Flo which I've had to regulate to a shelf in the garage until I finish some other profects and can get to my work space and start on the truck. But it was like being a kid in a candy store when they arrived.

Mass-Flo, that's a nice setup. Let us know how you make out.
I saw that auction and actually it is right down the street from me. If you need any help let me know. I know I could use some with my fuel-inhection project my-self
The motor is my friends. Runs strong, was in a bronco, but he is restoring it, and decided to put in a 460, if you have any questions feel free to ask.
no it is a built 460, I had the option to purchase the motor he is selling, but couldn't, due to the current prices of a 79 Long Bed, and other parts I need for my restoration.
