Ok I am wondering if anyone else is having this problem.
Issue: Bumps and at other times I get "Trailer Disconnect".
Trailers: 34 5ther, 27 Enclosed Haulmark, 20' 14K Titan.
Does it will all three trailers. First started with the 5ther so I replaced the 7-pin on the 5th wheel side but it kept doing it. Now it does it every time I tow the other two trailers and they are both under 1 year old. Thinking I have a bad factory 7-pin and was wondering if anyone else has this problem?

2006 F350 Lariet.
Mike my old trailer did it all the time . Drove me nuts . I bought all the stuff to re-do the wiring from the 7pin all the way to each axle. Trailer burnt up all the 12v wiring while in storage. Got new fiver and it does it once or twice during trip. Not bad like the old one.
I have a flatbed trailer I use to move sheds its a tandem axle and it never does it.
I'm thinking its in the brakes magnets or something like that. I havn't had a chance to pull the wheels on my new trailer but will do so soon.
With yours doing it on all 3 trailers would make me think its in the truck wiring.
Can you find a new trailer that needs a test drive ?
Try and disconnect the blue trailer break wire on the trailer and see if it still does it. I bet it won't do it and it's the trailer break problem.
Atleast you will know where to look. Bad ground will do it all so but for 3 trailers to do it I would think truck problem.
Mike, it sounds like your factory 7-pin is one of those 'newer' 'cheesy' designs, i.e. not much in the way of contact or contact surface. I'd go down to a Trailer store or RV parts store and see what they have. Typically you'll find that they carry multiple brands. Do a compare, yours vs what they have, then buy the one with the most robust contacts. One other thing, and it's a long shot, I'd physically trace the wiring from the 7-pin back up to the front,. You may just have a wire rubbing/ shorting against the frame somewhere. Stuff like that can drive you crazy ! I know !
I have to agree with the plug. The other two trailer that also act up are brand new so that is what leads me to that. I'll take a look at the rear of the pin first. I have "shorted" wires in the past by backing into snowbanks. Either way guess I'll be looking at a new plug. And yes there seems to be a little "SLOP" when all three plugs are plugged in.
Sounds like a possble ground problem. If the TV's ground isn't secure, the trailers may be trying to ground thru the hitches, and hitting bumps causes a momentary loss of ground along with the disconnect warning.
I'll have to give that a try before replacing the plug. Now you say TV ground. Just to make sure I am following we are not talking the actual TV are we? OK go ahead and have some fun at my expense. Lets see TV (Trailer Vector) nope, (Tow Velocity) nope, (Tongue VVVVRRR). Darn I give up....
I have to wait until the snow has melted before I climb under the TT. As for the ground issue, it happens with all three trailers so to me it points back to the plug. The good thing is it does come right back but the BEEP is annoying as heck.
You do know that I will be thinking of the meaning of TV all day long at work.
I'd about guarantee that snow and road salt has gotten to a ground point where the ground connecter of your seven way was probably bolted to the inside of your back bumper or a frame rail.
You can't paint it because most paints will also interrupt the ground point. What you can do is clean the ground (IF THERE IS ONE!) and coat it with petroleum jelly,
You can also spray over it with Gap-Filler Foam to help protect it. Do this after coating it with vaseline, but keep the vaseline close to the connection.
The vaseline will repell the gap filler so it doesn't insulate the connection, but the gap filler will seal to everything around it.
THAT you can paint over if you want to when it dries.
