Help with Drivetrain Noise....

I have a 1987 xlt with a 302. About a month ago It started rumbling in the rear wheels when it is turning slightly and with a load. It is getting louder and does it while going uphill and slightly turning. Could this be a problem with the limited slip? any info needed I will supply. Just need to find out what is wrong to get it fixed. I have not been able to make it sound while going straight. any info would be greatly appreciated...
