dp tuner
i was looking to buy a programer for my 01 f350. ive read good things on here about the dptuner. how does it compare against superchips or edge? i driven trucks with both programmers and the superchips does seem stronger. i was just lookin for some input.

DP Tuner hands down is the best. I had a Diablo Predator which was a lot better than the Hypertech that came witht the truck when I bought it. Then I stacked a Banks 6-Gun with the Predator and saw a little more increase in performance. Finally, I got the DP Tuner, and there was simply no comparison. The DP gave even more power, lowered EGT's, increased MPG, and the shifting programs were much better.
You couldn't get me to run anything but a DP Tuner now.

I had a Predator tuner before I got the DP chip. No comparison. The DP tunes are smoother, stronger and run lower EGT's than the Predator did. Plus you can change tunes on the fly with a twist of a ****.
I can't speak for the comparison between Edge and Superchips, but if you go with one of Jody's chips, you won't be disappointed. He's a class act guy and a pleasure to work with.
