expensive striping

Hey guys. Just have to vent abit. Week started of bad. Had some Alum rails stacked in the garage (been there for five years) anyways long story short wife opens garage door to back out her car and wind gust blows in and blows alum. over and scratches drivers side box 1/4 panel. Get estimate done thinking it should be relativley cheap no dents just scratch. Have to get new FX4 decal and pintriping for 2 tone (2004 PSD Black and silver) nothing major right? Wrong Fx4 decal not to expensive but silver and black pinstriping is $350 (Canadian) for one side of the truck. That is outragous. Even the body man said "holy crap". Still love my truck though. Thanks for the ear.

you can get pin striping at autozone fairly cheap in lots of colors. i did a red stripe when i got my truck painted 2-tone and it was no where near $350

Will have to look around. Should be able to find something but it is two tone stripping as well, wide silver stripe with black through the center. All three body shops said it was only on Lariate. Who knows LOL.
