Since this came back to the top, I'd like to say thanks to you guys for this humor. I printed it and shared it with a dear friend who was dying of lung cancer. He was an old navy man - lied to enlist at 15 - spent his 17th birthday on guadalcanal during WWII- was a gunner assigned to protect the merchant marine fleet. One memory was being gunner on a tanker filled with aviation fuel - didn't dare fire at anything 'cause of the fumes! Ducked kamikaze's on several occasions, etc, etc.
Anyway, we shared a good laugh before he died. Thanks!

No thanks due us. We owe your friend and all the other brave souls our thanks, our lives, everything we have today because of their heroic actions. This is touching with today being the anniversary of the attack on Pearl Harbor. God bless your friend.
