Cool. :)

...we curve each on a distributor machine based on your engine combination.

What if...
A guy already has a good-enough Dura Spark system and wants to curve it himself, because he's cheap and likes tinkering both? :)

Would you help 'im out? ;)

I've got a
75 F150
360FE
CompCam 252/252
T-18
3.50r&p
31.5" 235/85-16 tires
1.21 2100 carb

For starters I've got a few books on the subject but none of them are any good.
Got any suggestions on books? :)

What i want to see is graphs of various examples including one that shows a stock advance curve (pre-smog) that includes the vacuum advance.

Information that would "box in" what's required etc would be really cool! :)

If someone can come up with the distributor number for a 1970-71 390 in a full size car I can probably come up with the advance specs. A pre smog 390 may make a good starting point for your advance on a 360. The number would be something like 12127-XXXX-Xx

Okay well back to the distributor swap. Has anyone ever tried the procomp ready to run electronic distributors with the vacuum advance #pc 7002? If so how did it go for installation and did it work? What would be the best coil and ignition box? This is for my 78 F100 302w

You're in luck, I just did mine.

FWIW, stock recurved dizzys are just fine, as are blue boxes. I only added a 6AL because I wanted a rev limiter.

I never had good luck with the Ford Duraspark ignition. I've owned three Ford trucks and a CJ7 Jeep all with Duraspark. Always had intermittant problems at the worse time. The modules seemed to fail whether they were factory or aftermarket parts. I switched to MSD and I don't have anymore problems. I had about ten modules at one time. They make nice rifle targets.
