Couple Questions.
Hey all. Im starting to develope small problems with my bronco. i have a 91 EB 5.8. like 98 k on it. only mods are k n filter and cut off exhaust after cat. i took it in because of this infernal squeeking noise and they said it was serp belt. but the noise only occurs when i drive it or am rolling so.... cant figure out what it is... maybe advice on where to look for this noise. also i had check eng light on and it was code 44. thats a thermactor air system not working. is this expensive to get. what does it do ( emission thing i think) and is it hard to install. also in his notes it said " check for vacuum routing, diverter valve and am solenoid operation. possiable diverter valve. clear code ( i assume this means check eng light should not be on, it is now back on)
please help me as for i am learning about cars on my own 8). thanks i ave a 4 inch sus lift with rs5000 shocks ( wich suk, im getting 9000). and a 3 inch bod lift. i am also looking for a new 5.8 to drop in. i cant seem to find a good crate 5.8. thanks all......
