Problem with remote start/alarm
I have a Clifford Matrix RS2 (made by DEI) remote start/alarm that has been great for the 3 or 4 years I have had it. Yesterday when I unlocked the door (with the fob) the alarm started to go off, so I hit the button again and it quit. I thought that something must have tripped it, and on I went. When I got home the alarm went off when I locked the door, now the alarm trips every time I lock or unlock the doors. The manual is very general and makes no mention of this under the "troubleshooting" section. Any ideas or help would be greatly appreciated!

These questions may seem obvious but they would cause that problem if you are doing them:
1. Does the factory alarm or Clifford alarm go off?
2. Are you using the key or key pad or OEM keyless entry remote to unlock the doors?
3. Do you have a one or two way remote?
