What is the ride height diiference between front and rear on a good set of factory springs ? I've got a 3in. diiference now.I want to get new coils for the front.....but if i get the 2.5" coils and I should only have a 1" diiference with factory springs....I'll end up with the front higher then it should . I saw recommendations on the CC824 and CC826 springs here.......also looking at those 1.5" & 2.5" coils by rough country.
Thnaks,
Phillip
I use heavier F350 coils depending on amount of sag .(if the truck would sit decent ) you are looking at an 1 in -1 1/2 lift (most truck coils are sagged that much ) . I take it you have overloads or after market springs on back ? I have seen truck sit like yours that the front springs were just shot and had stock in back . The 2" lift spring was to much . Give us A little more info on your rear springs . I bet the 2 1/2 would work though. Good luck
When I go outside,I'll look for the spring codes in the door jamb and report back. It had air shocks in rear until last weekend.....put normal shocks on it.......then I measured the heights between the tires and wheel opening. Should I measure somewhere else for you ?
Thanks,
Phillip
