'05 Excursion's????

Welp i ended up driving south for 4hr's and picking that one up. No sooner did i get off of here and call him to start doing some prehaggling haggling and this is what i got.
Went back to orig. price, plus i would have out of pocketed the warranty. Plus he needed me to put a deposet down. Only way it woulda been refundable is if i drove the 6hr's in person and said nope that's not the one i want. Then while middle of the conversation he tell's me to hold on one sec. I sat and put a timer on it took exaclty 5min's for him to come back and then tell me he needs to know if i want it or not cause it's about to be sold. I tell him thanks for saving me a 6hr trip and i hope he's the one that got the sell. He then begin's to plead with me and i told him good day.
I don't deal with sales ppl like that.
The one i did end up buying, i got them down $3500 from there orig price. Plus they threw in the extended warranty. And i got 2 hat's
Yes it had some extra miles on it, but with the warranty and us only driving it for trips, and events with the family. The years will come before the mile's do.
Over all i think i saved close to $5000, not counting the extra 2hr drive worth of gas.
Will try to get some pic's asap.

Glad you didn't cave to the a-hole with the time proven high pressure technique...GOOD FOR YOU!...I always liked the "I have to talk to the mgr" one! LOL
