Thank you very much Sir. I know there will always be two sides of a story I just don't want this to turn ugly for anyone. So again thank you for understanding yamaguy.

Yes we do we were both techs at a Ford dealership for a combined 17 years so we can handle pretty much any FMC product.

I know I'm a newbie to the chapter and should probably socialize before I become a total hermit... but have my bowling league through the end of the month. I'll be keeping lookout for info on May's gathering. Hopefully I'll have the brakes upgraded from the status of "WE'RE ALL GONNA DIE!!!" by then. LOL.

I'm going to try to make it down there on Saturday. I was wanting to do my brakes, but I am wanting some warm Temps to do it in. (above 50*)

I picked up some power slot rotors that I am wanting to change out, and my pads are way low. Got to do them soon, soon, soon....

I hear ya about those temps, this rain/snow mix is killin me today. I'm just waiting on the rest of my parts from summit, which should be here tomorrow, so that I can do brake upgrade and rebuild the hubs with some Warn lockers and new bearings.

Got there at 9 AM and met Ron. Nice little shop he has and quite busy it seems. Lots of trucks pulling in during the time frame I was there (to 12:45).

Next time we meet there, I'll bring my Grill. That should bring more members.

Glad too meet the other Illinois Chapter members that came to this meeting. I usually start remembering names after the third meet (brain does not engage that early in the AM), so sorry not to post any names, I'll leave that up to Scott on his update.

I was supprrised to see so many F250's, while the last time I came to the chapter meeting, only Bob and myself had F250's.

Wish we had a Dyno day to see what HP we put out....(Ron, When are you planning to add a dyno to your shop? Bet a lot of people would come down if you hosted a dyno day at your shor)

Thanks everyone for a great meeting! I am very happy with the turn out. 7 members showed up. Sorry to say I am just as bad with names. LOL Ron, Nick, Dave, Bob, Jim, Brandon, myself, and 2 others sorry to say I forgot their names all had a great time. Ron and Nick brought the great food and I brought the drinks. Ron and Nick gave us all some great background on themselfs aswell as our trucks. I truly can say I learned alot about my truck today. Today I had exhaust work, fuel filters change, oil and filter change, and a air box mod done to my truck. I WILL take my truck back to them for all and any nonwarrenty work that needs to be done. Their labor charge is very competitive with any shop I know and I belive that Nick and Ron are truly there for the customer unlike some other shops I have been to.

As for the dyno day its in the works

Ron and Nick have asked us back for the May meeting which will be back on a Sunday again. Stay tuned to the site and look for the May meeting which will be posted very soon.

Again thanks to all that came out and and showed our suport to our sponsor HMP I am truly sorry for the 2 names I have forgot.

I guess I'm one of the forgotten ones . Sorry I couldn't stay any longer. I was actually getting sick. (still am) and had to get to a side job. (Gotta pay for the PMS somehow). It was nice meeting the few of you that were there as well as Ron. I might add, for those of you reading earlier in this thread, that I Saturday. I realized that I actually first met Ron when he worked for a Ford dealership. He was the first Ford mechanic to be honest with me and take care of all of my problems. And that dealership was 50 miles from where I live and 50 miles from where I bought it. He could have been like the rest, but he's a stand up guy. With that off my chest, please keep me informed more about the IL chapter and what's coming up.

Dan

PS. Thanks for the wastegate hose disconnect idea. 8 more pounds of boost, some new wierd noises, and an occasional SES light. SWEEEET!
