Spring wrap leaf - no rubber bumpers?
As far as I know my '01 X is stock as far as the springs are concerned. The picture below shows the driver side rear spring:
I understand that bottom most leaf to be a "spring wrap" prevention mechanism - yes?
Isn't there supposed to be a rubber bumper of some sort attached via that hole on the end? None on either rear spring.

yup, its supposed to have one. it looks exactly like the bumpstop that is on the middle of the front leaf spring. mine are worn and 1 is ripped off completely like yours. i need to get 2 new ones.

Anyone know of an after market option for these, or do I get to pay dealership prices?

I cannot imagine any aftermarket company would make one of those on purpose. Looks like it's the dealer for you, brah! I bet it isn't too expensive. I tried to search the site of one of our OEM parts sponsors but it didn't list the part.

They come seperate from the spring.
