Any ideas??

So here I am w/ my truck at the dealer for the 3rd time in last 20k miles and I am at 95k on the od. and I am still losing coolant after filling until I get down below the min line w/in 150miles and then it stops just below min level. I've heard of readjusting the min level w/ a sticker, but my dealer says my vin is not effected by that tsb....dealer pressurizes and says everythings fine....anyone know if dealer know's what there talking about....here is my vin...1FTNW21P33ED08377....thanks!!

Did the dealer check it when the engine was at operating temp? It sound like either a head gasket or a small pinhole leak somewhere. A head gasket leak would be evident by either water in the oil, which water doesn't compress very well and would make you engine run rough or not at all, or by signs of white smoke from the exhaust. A pinhole leak would be evident by traces of white powder residue from the evapoation of coolant. Also, if the coolant reservoir cap has this powdery residue it will leak coolant from the cap under pressure. If this is the case, rinse the cap with warm water to remove all reisdue and blow dry it before installing it back on.
