If you wanted to know what the MSRP of one of our trucks was originally, where could you find out?
(Not what it's worth now..... what it cost originally from the dealer)

Not sure what the MSRP was but on the original bill of sale from the local Ford dealer the original owner (one before my friend, which I bought it from) of this truck paid $5,150.00 + tax. 1977 Ford F-150 Ranger 4X4 short box 351, 4 spd. midnight blue in color. - Ed

My bad, I went to hit the 'edit' button and accidentally hit 'quote', instead, which created another post. So, $4963 for the base truck. Where could I go to find the option prices?

My 79 F350 4wd stickered for $11,879 IIRC, cost $10,500 w/dealer installed AM/FM 8-track radio, slider, side steps. I remember a plain jane 2wd truck next to it w/$5200 painted on the windshield. Brian

Me too! I have no idea what the MSRP was...but I bought mine for $650 almost a year ago...then started looking on the internet for help fixing it...I found FTE and have had no life since...
