I sometimes get exhaust fumes in the cab and am thinking I may have a leak. The manifolds were leaking, but the tech installed gaskets and I assume that's fixed. What other exhaust leaks have been experienced with the 6.0L PSD? Thank you.

 

I know they were having cracked Y pipes causing leaks in the '03 -'04, not sure if they were able to solve that problem for the later trucks or not. I get an occasional whiff in my '06 but nowhere near as bad as my '03. I notice it most if someone opens a passenger side door and the wind is blowing the wrong way. Some smell in the cab is gonna be normal, I think. Diesel smell tends to linger for a while when it gets into things too.

 

I had a leak at the down pipe.
