dumb question

this is probably a dumb question... but how to join the chapter?? do i need to contact someone?? thanks

At the top of the FTE screen you will see forums. There second from the bottom is chapters. Click there and go to you're area (I think Mi) there you will see chapter leader. That person can help you.

I thought you just had to be from mi to be in the mi chapter? I have to pm someone to be a member?
