fells like truck is missing on one cylinder
Okay starter was acting up, turns out the wire running fom the starter to the batery was rotten replaced it and put a new O2 sensor on while I was there. I also replaced the exhaust manifold gasket on the passenger side and changed all the spark plugs. Started truck and its shaking and feels like its missing and the battery isn't charging. Checked all the connections and they all seem to be connected any ideas. Its a 95 F150 302 4x4 and I checked the wires to see if I screwed up the firing order and I didn't. Any help would be apprecated

Sounds like a bad plug wire, if any of the wires are touching anything but the guides they can be arcing and you won't here it or see it, but if you pull the wire and closely inspect it wou will see where it was happening. If your wires are anymore than a couple years old you might consider replacing them.
As far testing them, it is way easier and less painful to replace them, 60,000 volts is very annoying.
Good Luck !

Sounds to me like you have a plug wire that is not too happy right now. Triple check your harness to ensure that you did hook everything back up properly. Unseat each plug wire and then reinstall it onto the plug - listen for the satisfying "click" as the boot and plug connect. If it is still running poorly then you may have to pull your plugs and see if one is dead or defective. Let us know what you find.
Cheers!

For future reference, it could also be build up on the cap, or even the Knock sensor.
The knock sensor is located on the back of the engine, behind the intake manifold(how convienient) IF the engine is knocking, like firing too early, or odd firing, the knock sensor will retard the timing. I put the computer through my 88 and it reads my knock sensor was bad. This is before I replaced the cap(which was the problem with the missing fire) It seems to run fine, but I want to replace it just to see if theres a difference
