Re-Torque #

Can anyone tell me the re-torque on the rocker arm bolts and the injector bolts.

fuel injector outboard retaining bolts=10 ft. lbs
oil deflector on the fuel injector hold-down plate=9 ft. lbs
This is from the ford service dvd

Install the eight push rods with the copper colored end up, the eight rocker arms and the 16 rocker arm bolts.
I concur with Ponch on the injector and oil deflector lbs.
