There is 1 fuse that feeds this circuit common to all the lights you mentioned. I would double check the fuse again, and make sure one of the contacts in the fuse box has power where the fuse inserts. Also make sure the contacts are not spread open that contact the fuse.
I recommend fuse taps to people who want to add equipment to there vehicle without cutting wires, but one drawback to a fuse tap is it overspreads the contacts in the fuse box, and if you take it out, the fuse may not make contact. Someone may have had a fuse tap in that spot.
If that all looks ok, the fuse feeds a lightgreen/yellow wire which feeds all the door switches and underhood light.
