Same for me on the ebay grill. Fast install! The bottom of the grill was pulling away slightly and the seller said to use a black cable tie as a fix. I used silicone adhesive from the back side because I didnt like the tie idea. Now it fits perfectly.
I am getting the updated lights next. It looks really nice, But I seem to hear it screaming for the updated lights when I look it in the eyes!! It must be in my head.......right?.......RIGHT?????

I asked that question before I bought the grill !!!!!
Seller used a cad controlled cutting machine and has almost perfect fit to the naked eye. Bottom of grill is secured with two factory clips held in place with black ties through two drilled holes allowing you to use the existing mounting clip reciever slots.
Mine fit better than some of the stock parts on my truck fit together!
I am sure there are going to be some responses out there against how the conversion was done so its a safe thing to say log on to ebay and type in excursion conversion grill. There are now two people offering them. ask if it is ok to return it if it is a piece of kakaa. Not that way but you catch my drift, you will be happily suprised. Then after its on you will hear your truck ask you to update the lights. you will do so because you love your truck.......We all love our trucks.........
