300 hesitates

300 hesitates
'92 300I6--fresh tune up including cap, rotor, plugs, wires, fuel filter, K&N filtercharger in air box.
I have a low rpm miss right off the line in 1st when I let the clutch out. Jerks and runs sluggish. I put clutch back in and bring up the rpms a bit, let clutch back out, and it's gone.
I had a mechanic friend run some tests for me. They include: fuel pressure test normal. Computer diagnostic check--codes said running rich. Egr test-normal. O2 sensor is new and working.
He suggested possible a bad computer or dirty injectors. Motor has 166,xxx and to my knowledge has never had injectors cleaned. Is there a trick to cleaning them without taking them off? Any brands better???
Other than that bawlkiness, truck runs A1 on the highway. Mileage stinks, though. I can't seem to get any better than 14.8 at 55-62 mph.

u can always have them professional cleaned or do them urself. cant say if it will or wont help in ur case.
sometimes these trucks have a problem as u described and it turns out to be the EGR. a trick is to install an EGR plate to reduce the flow. do a search and u'll find what ya need.
