I just bought my 250 a month ago. I had gone4x4 run an OASIS about two weeks ago and I found it had an EGR replaced at 58 miles...a re-flash at @ 20k miles, and the Rear step pad on bumper replaced at 21702 miles.
The report is individualized based on your vehicle. In my case, it has all been simple, non-major issues, I feel really lucky considering all the issues that supposedly plague the 6.0 owners.
