assuming you have a pillar pod have you checked behind the pillar pod. when I bought my truck the boost gauge wasn't working right. so I pulled it all apart and found it pinched between the pod and the pillar.

I have a dash mount pod in my truck. The line goes through a hole in the top of the dash to the hole in the firewall with no kinks and only large radius bends. It then follows the firewall under the hood. I checked every part of the line and found nothing to obstruct it. How about the gauge rattling?

I have heard of the gauges being noisy but mine isn't so I haven't been following the thread.

I also have Colbalt gauges, I get 1-2 normal driving and about 20-25 if I step on it. I have AFE Pro guard 7, 4" exhaust and a Superchips at tow mode. My boost gauge goes to 60, sometimes I wish I had the 30 psi gauge. I also have a C2 EGT gauge with no thermocouple, and a nitros sensor if anybody wants to make an offer. greg_sykora@yahoo.com
