Truck swooshing!
My truck has always made that swooshing sound in the colder months. Now its 60 to 70's and will still make the noise. I tolerated it when it was cold, but hate the racket it makes. I know it has something to do with the EBPV, but what do I need to do the stop it from doing it anymore.

Probably the tube that goes to the sensor needs to be cleaned. If not the sensor itself is at fault.
Disconnect it at the sensor and at the turbo pedestal and clean it with brake parts cleaner. Hopefully that will do it.

I will normally let it warm up for 5 or 10 mins. Then I'll take off. The first 5 mins down the road it will do it and then be fine. I have been wanting to clean the tube but just haven't had time yet. If its the sensor can I clean it up or do I need to just get another one?
