My old neighbor had a 96, 360, auto 4x4. Empty, 10-12 were some good numbers. Loaded, 6mpg MAX. It had a hard time lugging the trailer around that he had.
For comparison, he got rid of it for an 01 F450 flatbed with the v10. That got around 12-14, loaded or empty.
BTW, loaded for either truck was well in excess of the rated capacity, since he did scrap work.
