Who says there is ice in there? Its an encloused tunnel. Kind of hard to get ice in there...

I ran the caption through a translator. It says there's water leakage and it freezes in the winter.

Most of it looked like people making rapid lane changes while on the brakes to hard.

that tunnel is in Russia somewhere. it was taped 2 years ago, and was on the internet last winter warning about the dangers of speeding and driver inattention while driving on ice.
the ice patch was just before the camera.
and the two trucks?? one was in the center lane, and moved into the right lane. the other truck was speeding, and rear ended the other one just as it got into the lane.
