Hello all
dwags15 here, 2004 Excursion with 6.0L . Having a problem with the fuel pump. I changed the fuel filters and now it won't start. I am not hearing the electric fuel pump run when key is turned on initially. If I crack open the lid on the engine fuel filter no fuel comes out
