F150 2008 P0191 problem
I have replaced the fuel rail pressure sensor and the fuel pump driver module and I'm still getting bad hesitation on acceleration. Could it be the fuel pump? The truck revs up but doesn't want to go, especially when going against heavy winds. 
I just bought the truck a year ago and I need it to last another 5 years!!

I don't hear or see any fuel leaks in the lines. It also sounds like it backfires. The problem persists but there are no other codes. Edit* So I changed the fuel filter and its running like new. Most expensive fuel filter ever. Ran up to about $1000 in fuel system parts and fluid changes, only to be a $14 filter.
