I've got a Tuff Country leveling kit on my 04 F350. It consisted of 5 leaves that install within the stock pack. It took 2 of us about 4 hrs but we ran into a few snags that slowed us down. Plus I replaced the shocks all the way around. My truck sits about 3/4" lower in the front than the rear. Close enough for me. Your 250 should sit level but the PSD might keep it down a little. Also it depends on how much your stock springs are sagging.
I bought a kit (Rough Country 2.5") from a friend...he had it on his '03 Diesel CC 4x4 and it made the front sit maybe a half inch higher than the back and he couldt fit his truck in the garage with the kit on anyways so he took it off and sold it to me. I think that we are talking about the same kit considering he bought his off of Ebay. I have not had the time but I hope sooner than later I can get my kit installed and I think it will sag in the back but depending on how bad it is I am just going to get F350 rear blocks. Dont worry about the sag that might go away with time when the front leaf springs settle or just find some F350 rear blocks.....either way I have heard its a good kit.
Now for installing the kit it is kinda hard to do if you dont have help and a couple of jack stands. The front bumper has to come off, you have to drop the front axel down enought to get old springs out and new ones in(New springs weight alot maybe 80lbs) and having a second set of hands makes it much easyer. Thats all I can give you right now....but when I get my kit installed I will check back in and let you know how it went.
Just picked up my leveling kit from my friends house in Reno ($40 cheaper to send it there than the extra twenty miles to my place). Anyway it is the complete front spring kit and I upgraded to gas shocks for all four corners of my 2002 F-250 crew cab long bed I am hoping to install it this monday/tuesday (days off). I will try and take pictures and will let you know how it works out. I expect it to be a little high in the front at first but expect the springs to settle as they break in. If that kit on ebay is from Davy's, go to Rough Country's web site, call them direct and talk to the same guy. Davy's is the company's ebay storefront. Then you can see all the options.
i have a tuff country leveling kit on my 03 f350 cc short box diesel and the fron sits almost an inch higher than the back and it has been on there for almost nine months and has not settled at all
