A 2003 does not have coil spring, it has leaf springs. What kind of level kit are you using? The options for a level kit are re-curved springs, drop shackles, or a mini spring pack. I have a 2" mini spring pack and did not need an adjustable track bar. It was harder to get the track bar back in place after the kit was installed but have not had any issues with it.
Shocks, no unless your looking for a reason to replace them.
The way the geometry works with the Trac bar will throw it off a bit; I ended up buying an adjustable trac bar but I'm sure you can do without. Be prepared to have to adjust tie rods to keep the wheel straight after.
I would get one. I put a leveling kit in my 04 and it made reassembly super easy. I read horror stories about the trac bar not wanting to line back up after the leaf packs were put in and I didn't want to be one of those people. the kit I used was a 2.5" zone off road. I have no complaints about it had it in two years now.
You should not need longer shocks, BUT its not all that bad of an idea to replace them since the truck is 13 years old now.
