I don't live in Pierce county for the crime rate- I used to live in New London, CT, where everybody tries to take everything. I had a fairly junky mountainbike that just walked out of the backyard, not visible from anywhere except behind the house, which meant somebody was walking around behind the house looking for stuff. I swore I'd never live in an area like that again.
The area I'm in isn't much better, but spread out enough that nobody can really get to your hosue to try anything. If they do, the dogs or the neighbor's dogs scare them off.
Ok good. I hafta' get new tires too, these are stressed out from a couple of too heavy loads.

Port Orchard ustab a primo place for Navy to get stationed...good jobs, good partyin', open fields....but every metro area has to keep on growin' and growin'. Sounds like you have a nice place that's in the less dense part of town
