You can order them thru the ford dealership. I had Sears do some work on my frontend and 2 days later my wheel fell off. The replaced all lugnuts and got me a new center cap for the one I lost. The screws only come with the center cap kit. I hung on to a couple that stayed put cause they do like to work loose and go MIA. The threads that hold them in is a plastic pushin thingy(like a drywall plug for screws) I put threadlock on mine and they seem to be holding but no guarentee since its plastic. I have started checking them when I check tire pressure every other week.
Yeah, I figured I could get one from a dealer but I bet they're about a thousand bucks. I'd rather get a used one or one from a junkyard for $5 or something.
I honestly don't know what they cost from the dealer. Sears paid for it so I never saw a bill for that, they also slipped me a gift card cause my attitude after putting my tire back on in the middle of the road. I was not a happy camper when I walked in. but they hooked me up and made everything alright.
I'm sure the junkyards would have some though.
About $30.00 apiece for centers I bet since last time I checked I buy them everytime I see them if nice . The nos ones on eBay are going nuts right now. People are always looking for them I never lost a cap . The sleeve for holes are around $1.25 apiece and you have to buy complete set from Ford .As for screws look the wreckers just go out in yard bet you find some laying around as they usually throw them down.

I bought some of those screws from the dealer many years ago. I didn't have to buy a cap with them. They came in a bag of 6 seems like (why 6 I don't know). They were about a buck a piece plus tax if I recall. This was 10+ years ago, tho, so maybe they don't sell them that way anymore.
