It should fit. If you go to Radio Shacks web site, you can pull up manuals of CB's and get the specs so you can compare yours to mine. WIth the CB on the bottom, I have about 3 inches behind it after it is installed. The stereo has less.
Mine is the Cobra model 18 Soundtracker. Hope that helps.

how do you like your cobra 18. I got one too but didnt seem to get good performance.Love the install pics,mind if I copy that.

Mine works pretty good. I had the antenna tuned after install and I get a pretty range on it. Copy the pics if you like. No problem.
