What you guys do when replacing the lower radiator hose with the pain in the **** "T" connector?
Do you buy from the dealer and work overtime the rest of your life to recover the cost?
Or you build your own? If you know how, and what parts do I need please post it. Thanks.................
found one online for reasonable price......NEVER, EVER go to dealer for a part!!! Also, dont be surprised if there a 2 red O rings on that lower radiator outlet that your local Ford dealer doesnt know about, nor does he stock them.

Oh do tell more about this! What's the scoop. Have any pics?
2 red 'O" rings on lower radiator outlet. Mine had the "quick" connection, a plastic collar instead of a clamp. I read about the O rings on this forum in a post by Navdriver back in Feb. 2006. I did not change mine and luckily it doesn't leak. Dealer parts man didnt show these parts for my truck, nor does my Ford repair DVD mention them.
Navdriver said the Ford part number is N811343S and they sell for about $4.16 ea. if you can find them!
Directfordparts.com ..$36 for the lower "T" shaped hose
I checked, and they don't show a clear pic of the hose? I don't see a T, anywhere in the pic, they might use the same hose pics for ol the models?
But anyway it's out there and cheaper than blood sucker dealer.
They dont show the O rings either, but mine had them. You are right, its not a good pic, but mine fir perfectly. PIA to change though.
I don't know what's wrong with Ford Parts, but every time I buy a new part for my Ranger it's ol plastic stuff? Today I got in the mail a belt tensioner from Napa Auto parts the thing is made of aluminum with a plastic pulley, ohh well! it should last through the summer
