hose still leaks...

Recently had a cracked radiator on 97 ford 4x4 expedition 5.4L . The lower radiator hose was such a pain to remove from damaged radiator due to the ford double ring locking fitting on the end of the hose that I just had to cut the hose off and replace it with a new one. I bought the radiator and the lower radiator hose all according to OEM specs where the radiator came from an OReilly's and the hose came from NAPA. Everything seemed to fit well with the new hose on the new radiator lock in into place using the tablet and the 45 degree turn. The hose was inserted as far as possible and the tab clicked into the slot on the radiator nozzle. Filled up with antifreeze and water...started engine only to see a drip, drip, drip coming from this lower hose/ radiator connection. I dont know what else to do? Part number s are supposed to fit with each other however there is still a leak....what do I do?
