I just bought a 94 F-Series manual off ebay and it cost me $30.00 USD.
It's in pretty good shape for the year except somebody tried to get a pen going with circles on the inside of the back cover but other than that it's good. I don't know if i could order a new one from Ford or what it would cost.

It's not a shop manual it's the owners manual with a radio manual and a warrenty guide...there's a great selection on ebay.
