?oil filter relocation kit?
does anyone know of a good oil filter relocation kit other than a perma cool or tranz dapt??? can I use the set up off of a 97- 03 f-150 for a small block ford?? any help would be great!!!

I think a 97-03 filter adapter won't work on a pushrod Ford, the threads are different. Perma cool and transdapt kits are ok, except for the hoses. They need to be upgraded to something better. I used hydraulic hose on the kit with my V8 Ranger.

It really depends on what you're looking for. I've never been happy with the quality of off-the-shelf relocation kits. The hoses they supply are usually pretty cheap and the block-mounted adapters are generally of a type that tend to leak, especially if you are tight for space and have to locate the adapter so that the hoses are in a specific orientation, and can't then get the adapter quite as tight as you would like. I generally piece the relocation kit together myself depending on what I want out of it.
